Tamils protest in New York

Several dozen American Tamils assembled near the United Nations building between 1st Avenue and 47th Street Tuesday around noon and protested against UN inaction, particularly the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon, for first failing to prevent the bloodbath in May when more than 20,000 Tamil civilians were allegedly killed by Sri Lanka Army using heavy weapons, and now for allowing Sri Lanka to continue to incarcerate nearly 300,000 in military supervised internment camps with little freedom of movement. Protesters urged the UN to take swift action to pressure Sri Lanka to allow civilians to return to their villages and resume normal life, attendees to the rally said.

Fruits of War gained by India and China
India, Sri Lanka to sign MOU next month for undersea power line

The Governments of India and Sri Lanka are to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the construction of an undersea power line between South India and Thalaimannaar in Sri Lanka next month. The construction work of the power line will start next year and the estimated project cost is $ 500 million, according to Power and Energy Ministry Spokesman. He said that the cost of the project will be shared by both countries, and added that the power line would provide opportunity for both countries to transmit power either ways as the necessity arises. Around 500MW to 1000MW electricity will be purchased from India under the first and second stage of the project and Sri Lanka is expected to sell its electricity to India from 2018, he further said.About 5400 MW electricity is to be added to the national grid by 2018 then the national supply will be more than the requirements of the country. The power projects underway such as Nuraichchoalai, Upper Kotmale, Trincomalee and Kerawalapitiya will add 900MW, 150MW, 1000MW, 750 MW electricity respectively to the national grid. At present electricity capacity in the country is 2400MW and the electricity demand will be increased by 10% yearly, he said.
Power gain for India and Coconut factory and Thermal plant for China ,all these gained are the fruits of the bloody war , now we are clear over the fact as in why both India and China are with Sri Lanka all the way protecting the government from facing war crime charges .
These speaks for itself as in who is indeed behind the aid to on the concentration camps to Sri Lanka, the projects are mainly to be taking place in the Tamils Land north of Sri Lanka, now as the ethnic Tamils are taken away from their land forced into a concentration camp to face natural death ,would benefit both India and China as there will be no one to fight over their rights over their land as commercial projects are about to take place.

A senior UN diplomat was expelled from Sri Lanka in July for providing details to the international community of mass killings of civilians during the final battles against the Tamil Tigers, The Guardian newspaper in Britain reported Saturday. Peter Mackay, an Australian citizen, was given two weeks to leave the country for providing detailed rebuttals of Sri Lankan government’s "wartime propaganda." The diplomat is seen as a legal timebomb by the Sri Lankan government as he could personally take the stand and testify that the army shelled non-combatants – action considered to be a war crime under international law, the paper said.
Why is Ban Ki Moon still reluctant to allow Sri Lankan Government to face the war crime charges, what more evidence is U.N expecting or is he expecting a green light from China .

Where is Rajapaksa and team leading his country to
Sri Lanka"s current sarcastic statement of they could choose to neglect the E.U as they would rather depend on China, India, Iran and Pakistan.
Where is the country gaining its" courage from ,that they have gone to the extend willing to face anyone , be it International Media or E.U , never such a courage would have appeared without a solid backing.

Why am i bringing the entire Indians inside the picture instead of just Tamils ?
Years ago when there was an earthquake in Gujarat which killed thousands of Gujarats most of the Singapore Indians who made an immediate plan for the donation, Vasantham made programme to gather funds, there was a big donation box in Little India, my maid from India Tamil Nadu ,who was willing to pawn her bangle along with her major fraction of her monthly salary of $350 ,she did not send any money transfer to her family for the month.
So most Singaporean Indians were just concern over one thing, to help fellow "Indian" , but we have failed entirely on the issue over the Lankan Tamils, either we are not bothered or just NOT BOTHERED , i can"t think anything further............

Philip Alston, the UN Special Rapporteur on extra-judicial, summary or arbitrary executions, commenting on the video clip aired in British Channel-4 TV, allegedly showing Sri Lankan troops executing prisoners, stressed the need for an investigation, AFP reported. The images, which Alston described as "horrendous," indicate a serious violation of international law if found to be authentic, AFP reported Alston as saying. The video showed victims stripped naked and their hands crossed and tied behind their backs, when they were executed.

China is going to boost Sri Lanka’s coconut industry

The recent ethnic tension in China is one that is yet to be handled by the Chinese, now the guided "fruit of war" from Sri Lanka for the Thermal Plant Sri Lanka has given access for China from the Tamils Bloodbath, now "COCONUT TRADE " to China.
It is innocent blood soaked in soil which is in the form of the coconut juice , now the curse will spread through the coconut juice , whatever China protected Sri Lanka for, they are yet to realise what they did is a neverending curse in the name of KARMA .
