Mahinda Rajapaksa could plan an attack on Sinhalese people to gain political attention for his party

Mahinda Rajapaksa could plan an attack on Sinhalese people to gain positive political attention for his party, the majority Sinhalese population will psychologically divert their voting path for Mahinda Rajapaksa .
"Vote for Rajapaksa, we will safeguard the Sinhala people" , he who plan the attack will then save his own people by not applying the attack , that's how capabale Mahinda Rajapaksa is .

Indian Congress could be guilty of their joint Genocide motive with Sri Lanka when ethnic Tamils were massacred ,India being in full authority chose not to stop the MASSACRE

"The Government of India temporarily stopped the GOSL’s genocide against the Tamils, thus proving it could do so.... India therefore violated its obligation under article 1 of the Genocide Convention “to prevent” the GOSL genocide against the Tamils," asserts Prof. Boyle.

The Government of India temporarily stopped the GOSL’s genocide against the Tamils, thus proving it could do so. But only for the demented purpose of getting itself re-elected, not for the purpose of terminating the GOSL’s genocide against the Tamils, which India obviously could have done and so did temporarily. India therefore violated its obligation under article 1 of the Genocide Convention “to prevent” the GOSL genocide against the Tamils.

Furthermore, India also thereby became complicit in the GOSL’s genocide against the Tamils in violation of article 3(e) of the Genocide Convention that prohibits and criminalizes “complicity” in genocide. The Government of India failed and refused to terminate the GOSL genocide against the Tamils despite the facts (1) that the GOI obviously had the capability to do so and (2) that the GOI obviously recognized it occupied a position of trust with respect to the Tamils in Sri Lanka.

Weeratunge interview (Link to DM)

For these reasons, both the Government and the State of India are legally responsible for the commission of the international crime of Complicity in Genocide in violation of the 1948 Genocide Convention. India has an obligation to pay reparations for this international crime to the Tamils on Sri Lanka—both severally and jointly with the GOSL. Indeed, the Government of India and the GOSL conspired together to commit genocide against the Tamils in violation of article 3(b) of the 1948 Genocide Convention prohibiting and criminalizing “conspiracy” to commit genocide.

The same is true for those Highest Level Indian Government Officials who made these reprehensible, condemnable, unprincipled and criminal decisions. They had the mens rea (criminal intent) necessary to constitute the international crimes of Complicity in and Conspiracy to Commit Genocide. These Highest Level Officials of the Indian Government are personally culpable for the commission of the international crimes of Complicity in Genocide and Conspiracy to Commit Genocide. These Highest Level Officials of the GOI must be prosecuted for these crimes—both in India and elsewhere. How low they have sunk from India’s glory days of Gandhi and Nehru. Sic transit gloria mundi!

DUBLIN TRIBUNAL FINDS AGAINST SRI LANKA ON CHARGES OF WAR CRIMES

Dublin war-crimes tribunal, conducted by Permanent Peoples’ Tribunal (PPT) based in Milan, which held hearings on Thursday and Friday on war-crime charges on Sri Lanka from eye-witnesses and other material evidence, in the preliminary findings issued Saturday said, Sri Lanka Government is "guilty of War-Crimes" and "guilty of Crimes Against Humanity." The tribunal also concluded that the charge of Genocide requires further investigations. Eye witnesses included several escapees from the final week of Sri Lanka offensive in the Mullaitivu "No Fire Zone" where more than 20,000 Tamil civilians were allegedly slaughtered by Sri Lanka Army (SLA) training heavy weapons on them.

Rajapaksas" Halo

The Tamils and the Sri Lankans must not be fooled by the drama of Sarath Fonseka turning from a Villain to a Tamil sympathiser, such  scenes are common in Indian Movie, where from a bunch of Villains , one being left out and feeling cheated ,he then turning into a good man, fighting for the people, whom he actually went against, this is a common scene in Indian movie which is not practicle in real life , esp in Sri Lankan Sinhalese Politics.

In a nutshell the Rajapaka team is never ever going to exit from the ideology of Sri Lanka being a Sinhalese Buddhist nation. It is and it will always be, be it Sri Lanka under the ruling of Rajapaksa or Sarath Fonseka.
Though there are many candidates ,the voting mind will be simply narrowed to 2 , this is political psychology .
So the Presidential Election is simply Rajapaksa VS Sarath Fonseka , whoever wins, in a common man view it is good against bad , but in actual political fact, it makes no difference .
Sarath Fonseka is the only person with an equal calibre of Rajapaksa who shares the same Chauvinistic Sinhalese Buddhist Ideology, he could be pointing fingers at Kotabaya or Basil over the war crime issue, those are just meant to fool United Nation and the people of Sri Lanka. He is screened as the "Mr Good Man" to hit 2 stone at a go, one to keep the politcal baton with the advisory of Mahinda Rajapaksa and the other to fool the United Nation and the I.C.J to overturn the war crime charges, whatever Sarath Fonseka confess will be taken as word of truth, infact Mahinda Rajapaksa has made the country"s deciding factors as a Rajakpaksas" family and friends, the Government of Sri Lanka on the other word is "Rajapaksas" Family and friends", Sarath Fonseka is like eyes of Rajapaksa, Sarath Foseka will never betray Rajapaksa , he is the physical factor behind the needed victory for Rajapaksa, Sarath Fonseka deserves everything and anything according to Rajapaksa, Rajapksa is never greedy over being a President, he will be the key advisor if Sarath Fonseka becomes the President , the current friction between them is a well planned political drama "for the election", their indirect message to the people is that, if you don"t like Rajapaksa you vote for Sarath Fonseka, thats the so call choice the people of Sri Lanka are pushed to.
One not wanting a change in the ruling will vote for Rajapaksa, if he/she is certain that he/she do not want the current President to exist any longer, one would choose the strongest opposition, who is coming across all kinds of obstacles .
Sarth Fonseka is placing himself as the survivor who is crossing all obstacle for the people ,he in the end will become the people"s man ,"the man who fights injustice, the man who went against Rajapaksa" .
So a fooled voter will vote for Sarath Fonseka , wheras Chauvanistic Sinhalese citizen will vote for Mahinda Rajapaksa, in a nutshell majority of votes will be circling between the 2  .

STOP TRUSTING SARATH FONSEKA AS HE IS A VERY FIRM LOYAL POLTICAL TOOL OF MAHINDER RAJAPAKSA.

Mahinder Rajapaksa is trying to be a farsighted statesman, neither he nor any of his fellow supporters will mind if he were to serve a second term ,suppose Sarath Fonseka picks up the Presidential Baton, Mahinda Rajapaksa is never at lost either as everything will be moving as planned, in future, from Sarath Fonseka it could lead to Kotabaya to Basil then to Nimal etc...... so the people of Sri Lanka, the Tamils and all minorities  must put a stop to Mahinda Rajapaksas" Farsighted Political Vision because if he survives this election as he wanted, he will never fail for the next 15 years.

Stupid Sri Lankan Government dares fool United Nations experts over their Extrajudicial Killings

A leading United Nations expert called the day before for a war crimes inquiry in Sri Lanka after his investigation concluded that a video showing soldiers summarily killing Tamil prisoners last year was authentic.
The term "expert speaks for itself on who is engaged to test the authenticity of the video, yet the Sri Lankan Government can claim te video as fake and they fololishly expects the world to buy their lies .
In a damning report citing top scientific experts, Philip Alston, UN Special Rapporteur on Extrajudicial Killings, dismissed the Sri Lankan Government"s claims that the footage shown by Channel 4 had been fabricated. He urged Colombo to allow UN experts to investigate persistent allegations of war crimes in the final stages of its three-decade civil war.

Can one imgaine how many of such lies are hidden when they can openly deny the expert claim as fake ?

Rajapaksa, Kotabaya Rajapksa, Basil Rajapksa must be prosecuted for their war crime .

Acceleration of death tolls due to dengue fever in Jaffna peninsula , Jaffna Teaching Hospital (JTH) sources said. The number of persons claimed by dengue fever may be more as the cause of the death of some patients has not been found out, the sources added. Lack of preventive measures, medicine, insufficient number of doctors and the disregard shown by the government are the causes for the spread of dengue fever in Jaffna penisula, civil society organizations said.

The regional hospitals in the peninsula keep sending the dengue patients to Jaffna Teaching Hospital which can hardly accommodate all of them.

China's govt says Yellow River oil spill pollution serious

Chinese environmental protection agency workers take water samples after diesel spilled from a broken pipeline into the river .

BEIJING: Two tributaries of China's Yellow River have been "seriously polluted" by an oil spill, further contaminating badly tainted drinking water resources, the government said Tuesday.

Up to 150,000 litres (40,000 gallons) of diesel spilled into the Chishui and Wei rivers on Wednesday last week after a pipeline operated by China's largest oil producer, China National Petroleum Corp., ruptured, state media said.
"Due to this incident, the Chishui river was seriously polluted and the Wei river was relatively seriously polluted," the government in northern Shaanxi province said in a statement posted Tuesday on its website.

But it said the pollution on the Wei river had been "effectively controlled".

Water quality on the two rivers had on Monday reached grade five, the worst level in China's pollution monitoring scale, after falling off the register following the oil spill, it said.

Level five water is unfit for drinking, but can be used for agricultural purposes, according to government standards.
The two rivers flow into the Yellow River, one of China's longest rivers and the source of drinking water for millions of people, including residents of eight cities that lie downstream from the oil spill, Xinhua news agency said.
On Sunday, diesel was detected in water in the Sanmenxia reservoir on the Yellow River in neighbouring Henan province, it said.
In an effort to contain the pollution, authorities shut down electricity production on the Sanmenxia dam in an effort to keep the contamination from flowing downstream to the cities of Zhengzhou and Kaifeng, the report said.  The two cities, with a total population of nearly 3.5 million people, get up to 95 per cent of their tap water from the Yellow River, the report said. Residents in the cities have long depended on bottled water for drinking.

More than 30 years of unbridled economic growth have left most of China's lakes and rivers heavily polluted, while the nation's urban dwellers also face some of the world's worst air pollution.

More than 200 million Chinese currently do not have access to safe drinking water, according to government data.
