Human rights report regarding Sri Lanka would be submitted on the 15th at American Congress

Information reveal, the report regarding the human rights violations executed by the Tamil Eelam liberation tigers and the government forces in Sri Lanka would be submitted on the forthcoming 15th. The report is prepared by the American State Department and it would be submitted to the congress of that contry was mentioned.
It was expected that the said report would be submitted last month, but there was a delay, as the documents were not completed.
